The Sunday Post (#37)

Hello all. Well, as some of you know Sundays are always reserved for Sunday Post which is a meme created by lovely Kim @Caffeinated Book Reviews!

Hi all. We hope that you've had a great morning and that you already have your coffee/tea and that you're ready for another day. Also we hope that you're having some snow to add to this holiday season. Sadly, we still haven't got snow but we're eagerly waiting for it.
For us, it was another busy week. Tanja had to finish her research paper, while Glass enjoyed with her darling and family. This is perfect time to get comfortable with a blanket and a good book. Tanja has only two more weeks of classes and it's time for winter break! We cannot wait.
But how it is for you. Are you ready for Christmas?
  • Inspire by Cora Cormack (release day)
  • The Girl in Between by Leakan Zea Kamp
  • Waiting on Wednesday (#126)
  • The Mesmerized by Rhiannon Frater (blog tour)
  • Maybe Someday by Colleen Hoover
  • Maybe Not by Colleen Hoover

  1. I still haven't gotten snow either! boo! We usually have snow by November so it's very depressing that we haven't got any yet!

Hope you girls enjoy your new books and have a lovely week! =)

  3. Good luck finishing up school Tanja!

We haven't had Snow either. In fact, we've been opening windows and walking around without coats, it's been so uncharacteristically warm! I've heard were supposed to have a cold winter, but I'm starting to think its not coming till after Christmas!

Enjoy your new reads & have a great week!

  9. Great haul girls!
I actually just got and read If I Break and really liked it. The writing wasn't my favourite but the story line was interesting enough to make me download the sequel (which i'm reading now)

  14. The Giver!!!! I hope you guys love that one. It's a really old dystopia, but man, I consider it pretty timeless now because the messages in it are so philosophical and existential and so awesome and so EVERYTHING. It redefined how dystopians should be for me. I used to think it's about the changing world and the changing society, but now, I feel like it's more about how you perceive yourself in a changing world and society. (I hope I made sense).

Adn yes, I'm excited for Christmas. too excited, mayeb... I hope you guys have a great holiday vacation!!

  15. Ooh the Giver! Classic - can't wait to hear what you think of it! I agree this is the perfect time of year to curl up with a blanket and a book. Even though we have no hope of snow here either, it's still chilly enough for me to hibernate with my books, so I'm happy. :-)
